If you’re not satisfied with an item that you purchased, you can initiate a return within 15 days after delivery for a full refund (minus 20% restocking fee), as long as the item is in its original condition and unused. Please see the next section if the item arrived damaged or defective; different terms may apply.
To return an item, please email us at email@example.com within 15 day of delivery with subject line: “Return or Replace Item.”
Please list your name, date of purchase, item, and reason for your return.
We will respond with a Return Shipping ID to write on your return.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, except in instances where the item arrived damaged or defective.
The following items may not be returned:
1. Items marked as final sale or “non-returnable” on the product page or during the checkout process.
2. Used items. This includes items that have been washed, or items that have been slightly used.
In the unlikely event that an item you ordered arrives damaged or is defective, you may return the item for a replacement or a full refund, as long as you report the issue within the following timeframes:
For Items Shipped by Parcel Carriers (such as FedEx, UPS or USPS):
1. Damaged and Defective Items: 15 days after delivery
